– THE WYE was retained to curate the prestigious annual “Q Berlin Questions” conference.

Q Berlin Questions is a popular event launched by the City of Berlin where top thinkers from around the globe are invited to take the stage. Unique in format – Q Berlin speakers engage talking with the audience via Q&A instead of talking at audiences.

THE WYE was honored to be asked to curate the 2018 edition – and rose to the occasion to secure Vicente Fox (President of Mexico, 2000-2006), Josh Wong and Ivan Lam (up for Nobel Peace Prize nominee and leader of the Umbrella Revolution), Bruce Sterling, Nighat Dad, Juan Enriquez, and Daniel Domscheit Berg among other internationally renown “doers”. 

Highlights: 

Held in massive, industrial space ewerk – 500 seats quickly were all reserved, with standing room made to accompany another 150 wanting to attend. The diverse and engaged audience represented 45 nations.

A full house was riveted to lively conversations – with seats full for over 12 hrs of programming from opening to closing statements.

After this year’s success – there is discussion of expanding Q Berlin Questions internationally.
